WY2858 Dielectric Constant Measuring equipment（ LCR method）
WY2855 dielectric constant measuring equipment consists of a high frequency impedance analyzer, test fixture and standard dielectric samples. So the high frequency dielectric loss angle tangent（D） and dielectric constant(ε) of the insulating material can be measures. It meets Chinese standard GB/T 1409-2006 , America standard ASTM D150 and IEC60250.
The operating frequency range of WY2858 is from 20Hz～1MHz. So the change of the relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss angle tangent can be measured within the operating frequency range.
The test fixture is made by flat capacitors. The stuff to be tested is generally clamp by the plate capacitors. It should use a impedance analyzer meter as indicator instrument. To measure dielectric constant and loss of insulation material, first we use the device to get the result from Dielectric loss and Capacitance (Cp). The procedures of that is to measure the difference of that the one been put in the plate capacitor and the one in the outside.

2.3 WY916 dielectric constant test fixture (It has protective electrode)
2.3.1 The size of the flat capacitor pole piece:Φ38mm and Φ50mm (two kinds of option)
2.3.2 The gap adjustable range and resolution of the flat capacitor:0～8mm,±0.001mm
2.3.3 The plug gap: It can adapt for the electric bridge four-terminal
2.3.4 Heating and temperature-controlled device (It is the option device) can control the highest 200℃ and the accuracy can be 1℃.
2.4 WY918 precision dielectric constant test fixture can
offer four diameters test electrode. It can accurate measure the specimen whose
diameter is 10~56mm,and
thickness is less than10mm.
The test inductors can set as touched electrode method, membrane electrode
method and untouched method to fit the test for soft material, irregular
surface samples and membrane material.

2.5 High frequency dielectric samples (It is the option
device)
The verification department provides high frequency
dielectric loss measuring meter with high frequency standard dielectric samples
in the present high frequency dielectric material verification system. The
samples are made of artificial sapphire, quartz glass, alumina ceramic, PTFE
(polytetrafluoroethylene), epoxy material and so on. The samples are Φ50mm and 1～2mm thick.
You can order it as needed in order to ensure the
repeatability and accuracy of the test inductors.
